Delegate Information


Registration commences at 08.00 and our presentations begin promptly at 09:00 with keynote speeches from David Peattie, NDA CEO and Jim Carter, Commercial Director, MoD.  These will be followed by afternoon presentations from the Site Licence Companies The agenda provides more details. The documents below will be available on the event app and will not be provided on the day so if you require a hard copy you must print and bring this with you.

Note: The exhibition hall will only open after the morning presentations have finished and will close at 16.30.

As you will be aware, security for any large event has become a high priority. We would therefore ask all delegates and exhibitors to allow extra time when arriving at the event for security checks and to keep baggage to a minimum.  Where possible, please do not bring additional bags into the venue.

Exhibitors, please refer to separate electronic communications you have received on specific security arrangements for the set-up day only.  If you have not received these details, please contact the event team at Marick urgently as you will not be given access to set up unless you have provided certain information in advance.

Car parking is free of charge and you will be required to park in the main EventCity car park; marshals will be on hand to direct you.  See details on how to get to the venue by car or public transport. You will then need to follow the directional signage in to the venue.

Please remember to print your name badge and bring it with you to the event.  At the entrance, the barcode on your badge will be scanned and you will gain immediate entry and beat the queues.  If you need to locate your badge please refer to the joining instructions sent to you by email.
