How do I exhibit at the event?

It’s really easy to exhibit at the event. All you have to do is select the link ‘register to exhibit’ on this web site, complete the form and that’s it! Your exhibition space is immediately confirmed and the event organising team will be in touch with further details to help you plan and prepare for the event. Please make sure that you read all communications carefully as they will contain important information about things you must do before the event including information about event set-up logistics and security.

 

How much does it cost to attend the event?

The event is free to attend as a delegate and a number of free exhibition stand spaces are also available. There are some exhibition stands that come equipped with power and furniture and there is a small cost to have one of these.

 

When does the exhibition space open?

Registration for the event begins at 8.00am and all delegates and exhibitors are asked to attend the morning presentations from 9.00am – 10.00am where you will hear keynote speeches about the NDA group and the decommissioning supply chain. The exhibition hall will only open after the morning presentations have finished.

 

As an exhibitor what do I need to do before the event?

There's a few things you’ll need to do before the event day:

  • Book your exhibition space
  • Book a time slot to set up
  • Book and pay for any additional stand services
  • Send to us your risk assessment, inventory of items you’re bringing on site and insurance information
  • Print your booking confirmation
  • Make sure you have photographic id

On the exhibition set-up day what do I need to do?

There are a number of important steps you will need to take:

  • Arrive at the venue at your allotted set up time only
  • Make sure you have your booking confirmation and photographic id with you
  • Complete a car park pass which will be provided when you arrive at site
  • Wear the wrist band provided to you by the security team
  • Follow the specific instructions / directions issued by the security team on site

I’m a delegate what do I need to do before the event?

You will be required bring photographic ID with you and be prepared for security checks to access the venue which may include a bag search. 

 

Will refreshments be available?

There will be catering points throughout the exhibition hall and venue foyer where you can purchase beverages and hot/cold food.

 

Are there car parking facilities at the venue?

The venue has a large on-site free of charge car park.

 

Is the venue accessible?

The venue is accessible from the ground floor and lifts available to reach other floors within the building.
